super sunday workouts

Needed a long run, but with the lousy weather here, did 45 minutes on the stair machine, about 5 miles, and 6 miles on the tm with some nice elevation, in 60 minutes.  Good workout, legs hurt.

I'm still not officially working out but I volunteered at a race today and I ran from the parking lot to the entrance because I was late. That's more running than I've done since Feb!

Nothing.

I spent way too much money last year signing up for races I couldn't do due to injuries. I'm not signing up for anything this year until I can regular work out for 5 hours a week. And then I'll do some sprint and olympic tris and some HM and less running races.

 3 mile hike with the family!  Nice easy day.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!
