65lb back squat , lunge w/ each leg
BOSU pushup w/ spiderman
65lb clean and press
BOSU Burpees

Then Extreme Cycle class

Even though schools were closed due to the ice storm, we did track workout (in a dark track with our headlamps on!): 1 mi warm up, 10x200 fast with 200 recoveries, then 1 mi cool down.
