Sat was rest-day, Sunday long run of 12 miles.... seriously getting frustrated at our pace & the combination of two evil forces: group running too slow and Garmin giving even slower data. Ugh!

Saturday did a 6 mile run on the tradmill at the Y....Sunday did an 8 mile run on the track at local high school, still would prefer to run outside but the track at the high school was WAY BETTER than the treadmill!!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac

Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Jim Cantore is saying the whole NoVa/DC area is going to be a MESS for days. He's on 4th Street giving a grim update. :(

Saturday I cross trained on the elliptical for 65 minutes with sprint intervals at lvl 20.  Sunday, I did my C25K and ran my first mile (pats back).  Nfarris, I'm sure things will pick up speed wise when the weather gets better! Bill, way to go.  I hate the treadmill too.  I call it the carpet of death by boredom!
