Saturday - trail run of 12.53 miles (OMG, that's nearly a trail half-marathon .... but for free!)

Sunday - marathon group long run, 13mi

Sat. We did a bike TT workout. First I biked the course once at a moderate pace to get a feel for it and then I did it all out. 7.5 miles at 28 minutes and I passed the guy in front of me! (He started a minutes earlier.)

Sun. I'm going up to the Vineman course to swim and then run an aide station. I'm baking brownies for it. :)

Way to go MacMadame!! I'm a terrible weenie on the bike.  It hurts my lady parts and I get all grumpy lol!  I admire those who push through that pain!
