Saturday - trail run, 8.75mi

Sunday - road, 10mi

(and I may be burning calories jus****ching my friends in NYCM and fretting over how they're doing!)

Saturday - rest day.  But I did a 2.5 mile "walk for the animals" in DC.  A year ago, I'd have been wiped out for a week, but now?  

Sunday - 5k training and yoga.  It was cold and wet and early, it would have been so early to have stayed in bed.  But I did it anyway.  I'm so freaking proud of myself and this new body and life of mine :)
