Here are my goals that I've been working on all year. I won't be able to make my mileage goal due to my hip injury or my weight goal due to my brain, but I'm on track for all the others!

1. Read at least 52 books - I've read 45 books! Which is what I had read when I posted my September goals. Heh. Here's hoping I can catch up over Thanksgiving and Winter breaks. 87%
2. Watch at least 52 movies in the theater - I've seen 53 movies. Slow recent months for movies, but that's okay. I believe Crimson Peak and The Walk are the only movies I've had to miss so far that I really wanted to see. But it looks like I might be missing a lot of limited release stuff in the coming months due to the limited release theater being closed for renovations. Goal Complete.
3. Run at least 520 miles - 205 miles so far. Now that I'm able to run again, I'm not feeling so disappointed about this one. I know I won't reach my goal, but I also know that I've done my best. 39%
4. Log at least 15 minutes of exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY - 304 for 304! The two hardest days were the day my dad was admitted to the hospital and the day after Brian and Katie's wedding. But I did it. 83%
5. Start studying Aikido in May - Done! But then I stopped due to my hip injury. Maybe next year.
6. Start working with a personal trainer in September - Started in April. Fired him in October. I was getting super stressed about my lack of reliability and, let's face it, I just didn't like the guy.
7. Lose at least 26 pounds - 13 pounds lost. Definitely not going to reach this goal by the end of the year. I'm pretty stunned since I thought it was going to be easy, but I've really gotten derailed. 50%
8. Complete at least 5 races - I did 7! No more races this year. Goal Complete.
9. Achieve half shoulder stand in yoga practice - OMG I DID IT!
10. Continue monthly massages - 11 of 12 done. Two more left since I treated myself to an extra one in March. 92%
11. Continue mental therapy - Yup! I even survived the switch to a new therapist. I'm considering switching to every other week instead of every week.

Not a good month for my goals.  Between holidays and crappy weather, I only managed 106 miles running and nothing on the bike.
