6 months and 97 pounds ago (this photo at 300+ lbs)...

And this Christmas at about 215 lbs (I'm the one standing up, if it's not apparent)... I still have a ways to go, but I feel soooooo accomplished!

***On a side note... I AM thinking about cutting my hair off again after baby #2 arrives. What do you think? ;-)***

You look amazing! You did not look like you were over 300 in the first pic and your after is a huge transformation. You have a beautiful family and congrats on baby number 2. As far as hair cuts go...I love short hair, but this is coming from a chapstick.
