the opening over my pouch has folded over on itself. The only way to fix this is surgically. Can anyone recommend a good surgeon who takes United Health Community Plan? Also, I forgbot to add-until it's fixed, I'm on a soft, mechanical diet- aka- refried beans, cottage cheese, soups, etc.

You must opt for the best option. Choose nearby hospital that is reputable enough to be trusted for the surgery. That way, you don't have to travel far to get things done.
