What kind of liquid do you add to puree your food Water?

What kind of liquide do you use to pruree your food water? If so how much do you use........???? Thanks, Kellie

It depends on the type of food being pureed. You can use gravy, spaghetti sauce, applesauce, water, yogurt, etc...some foods don't require any added liquids.

Hi Kellie, I would try Swanson's fat free chicken broth. Get the kind in the closable carton. It has a good flavor and is not real salty. Pat G
