Hello everyone I am having a little trouble with my insurance company. I have Cigna EPO True Access and would like to know if anyone has this insurance could give me some advice. Well you need to find out specifically what more documentation they are needing...call whoever is handling your case...or if it is your surgeon's office who is submitting find out from them what more you can provide...you need to make sure you ask ALL tghe questions from those involved...hope that helps....
