Have you went to the WWW.DUODENALSWITCH.COM message board site..I can't recall by memory but I know people who have posted on there (go to the Chit Chat, Pre-Op, and Insurance Boards within the message board site) who had Tri-Care...also have you tried some of the support boards for duodenalswitch...i just was approved for that surgery after researching and trying for 4 years...
