Today I am grateful for.....
Upcoming weekend,
My Life and Health,
My WLS and all the options out there for everyone,
For my Friends and Family here on OH and chosen,
For the beautiful 4 seasons although I like some more than others,
For heaters and air conditioning,
For all the things in my life .....both good and bad,
For my Faith in a higher power and answered prayers,
For Support Groups that keep us honest and moving toward our goals.

I am grateful...
for the sun shining outside my window,
for God and how he has given me another day on this earth,
for my new Lab Band and approaching my last week on soft foods,
for all the people in my life,
for having a job that I love,
for a roof over my head,
for a song in my heart,
for having all of you in this forum who always listen,
for always being given the chance to start over.
