Finally had my port revision done

Well I finally had my port revision done on Friday and I'm so glad. Hopefully won't have problems with the port flipping again. Anyway, it's time for me to get back on my weight loss journey and do away with the old eating habits again.I haven't had a fill in about 8wks and need one so bad. Have no restriction. I've not lost any weight., but also haven't gained. I've continued with my exercising. I'm alittle over 5 mos post op and only have 1.8cc's in my 10cc band. I'm scheduled to see my surgeon next week and will get a fill.

Can you tell me what can cause a port to flip? Does it detach from the abdominal wall? I was just wondering. Good luck with your fill.

Congrats on not gaining during transition. Way to be strong. I am having a lot of success since my port replacement... I wish you lots of success as well!!
