Hope you all got close to your goals.  Mine was 400 and I hit 410.  Of course, today my right knee has decided to swell, so week 2 could be challenging.

I ONLY HIT 200, BUT I JUST HAD MY POST OP VISIT YESTERDAY AND WAS RELEASED TO BEGIN CARDIO.... SO ALL I HAD BEEN DOING IN WALKING, THIS WEEK WILL BE BETTER!!!

Whether you made your weekly goal or not, the important thing is that you exercised and you posted.  If you had a great week this past week, I wish you the same for this one.  If you didn't, I wish you a better one.  I spent the day with my leg up in bed, so you know I'm already behind the eight ball.
