55.3 to 39.8 FART

Hi Men, today I am obese, not super obese, not morbidly obese or extremely obese, just obese. My highest weight was 375 and to day I weighed 270. I have went from a BMI of 55.3 to 39.8. Had another FART this morning, I had to shovel the driveway and I did it in one third the time I would have a year ago, plus when I was done I was not soaked with sweat like what would have been normal a year ago, or I should say a hundred pounds ago. Life is good! pan head

that is awesome! I've gone from 330 (48.7) to 204 (30.1)... one more lb down and I'll only be overweight, not obese! life is indeed good! Joe

Hey Pan Head! Congrats on the Major F.A.R.T.!! I have a different opinion on snow... I live in Central Illinois and found out years ago that if I just sit back and think about it long enough, the Sun will come out and shovel the snow for me Semper Fidelis!
