If you had $100 at Amazon . . .

Ok, say you were pre-op and had $100 at Amazon to spend, what would you get to help you through all the pre-op and getting to post-op.  Exercise equipment?  Kitchen tools that help with shakes?  Books?  what?

Just wondering!

The protein and vitamins I use are cheaper at Walmart. The books I bought aren't really that helpful for WLS.
glorified cook books.

Maybe self help stuff to make sure you erase the food addiction if thats the issue.

I found this book to be pretty valuable on showing me what I could expect from all the mental changes that ultimately come from having WLS:

Obesity Surgery, Stories of Altered Lives

whey isolate protein - calcium citrate chewables - shake cups (with the stainless ball in them- pour the shakes in after the magic bullet spins them-)multi-vitamin chewable

 If you like to read how about a kindle.  they start out at about 79.00.  Not sure if you can get *****n them but there is quite a variety you can get.

I like the suggestions above.  But for Post-Op, I would buy small containers for taking lunches.  I like to have lots of "tupperware" type containers for splitting up meals after we cook and keep them that way.  (I have a vacuum sealer for stuff that I am freezing and it works great)  3-4 oz containers for taking lunches to work. 

So, vacuum sealer and storage containers for me...

 This is a great idea too - I had to buy a bunch of 2 oz and 4 oz containers fr lunch at work.
