Hey Guys... stopping by to let you know I had my surgery on Friday. Was home by noon on Sunday. Most of the gas has passed so feeling quite good. Got in a couple good walks today...

So far so good!

Good luck Mark. Had the same surgery done on July 20 th /12 and am down 101 lbs to date. Am starting to get some regular exercise and feel great.

Thanks guys... have had a good walk for last 4 days... TMI alert. Had my first BM, so confirmed all the plumbing is working. . Down 28 since start of Optifast... 4 weeks Saturday!
