I got to get back on track! Too much crap in the house after Christmas. Positive note back to full three miles 3x/week on treadmill. Does not hurt when I'm rowing. It's later in the evening sitting or after laying down and getting up.

Getting OD'ed on the last of college football for this year. Biggest two aren't till Monday and Florida State needed the 45-point rule from six-man football. 60 point beat down by UGA! Like to see the "locals", Texas, win it but tough row to hoe. Alternative is anybody but Alabama!

Jimmy Johnson finally inducted into the Cowboys Ring of Honor last night at halftime. About time!

Weather has been wet, but you don't have to shovel rain. Had a good Christmas and looking forward to a Happy healthy New year. At next weeks weigh in, I will be retired :-)

It's been a fat and lazy type of week for me. Up a few pounds with too much holiday indulging.

Overall I'm looking forward to a positive 2024 although I'll stay away from sports predictions at left a few months. Let's hope we see a great day of college football Monday.
