Is there a liquid multi that would replace Centrum for the first few weeks.? A liquidVitaminD?

Why are you asking?

The ASMBS recommends that we use chewables for the first 3-6 months, so that's worth keeping in mind.  :)

Most liquid vitamins are woefully incomplete, but a woman on the VSG forums asked about this one -- Women's Ultra Mega Active GNC -- and it doesn't seem horrible.  If I absolutely had to take liquid for some reason, since I couldn't tolerate the chewables at all, I'd feel okay taking it.  But I'd prefer to go with a more complete chewable.
