St. Joe's Hamilton question
My system of writing important information on envelopes or stray pieces of paper and filing it the clutter of my desk or in the side pocket of my chair is not working out right about now. I moved my computers from my kitchen to my bedroom to escape the heat, and well I can't find the paper with the appointment times, so I figure best to just show up as they open.
I should have plopped it into my Google calendar, but alas I didn't.
Thanks in advance!

I'm going to keep looking for the papers, but I believe the first appointment was for 9:30am.
Looks like I'll have to be leave Oshawa at 6:00am and hopefully get there by around 8:30am depending on rush hour traffic.
Will certainly be a long day as the last appointment is not until 2:30pm, and I suspect I won't be done until around 4:00pm if the wait time is anything like it was during my meeting with the surgeon back in July.

Turns out I had written it in a notebook. It was written in pencil and not pen like I had thought so I overlooked it.
Was right about needing to be there for 9:30am.
Does leaving for Hamilton at 6:00am seem like a decent time for those who are familiar with rush hour traffic? I honestly have no idea how much time that would add to a trip. Google says Oshawa to Hamilton is just shy of 2 hours.
I'm the type who likes to plan things out somewhat meticulously, lol.

I'm using Wheelchair Accessible Transit, a Toronto company. Never really had a problem with them in the past and while I've never been in a wheelchair I found their European style vans to be much more accommodating for me as I'm as tall as I am wide. Once they sent a minivan and I had to put my left ear to my shoulder the entire ride or any minor bump meant my skull would smack the roof.
I booked for a 7:00am pick-up so it looks like my 2.5 hour prediction was spot on, although perhaps that might not be so true for the dreaded 401.
I booked a 3:30pm return trip and the last appointment is actually scheduled for 2:00pm (not 2:30pm as noted in another post), so hopefully that is more than enough time for them to get me in.
I can see why people hate having to commute to Toronto.

Honestly not looking forward to an entire day at the hospital, lol. Definitely not looking forward to the "fun" task of getting the barium down.
