I havent actually tried them yet but I have heard many raves about it. They are supposedly the best protein shakes on the market. Bariatric Advantage carries them, as well as the low carb grocer. But I figure before I spend money on a big supply this is a good way to try them out. They send them from the states so Duty would have to be paid but duty on $13 is next to nothing

It isnt the duties that will kill you its the brokerage fees UPS charge. I would call them to find out how much but I have heard 50-75 dollars regardless of the weight or cost of item.
