Sorry Everyone, I know that this has been asked a million and 5 times before but I am going out to get my vits today and I can't find the last post regarding this.

Could I get a list of vits you take and maybe where you bought them, when you take them, etc, that sort of thing?

Thank you so much!

and for those who might be wondering, Optifast is going well now, day 7 was probably the worst and then day 8, boom, everything got better!

10 Days Left!

Woo Hoo!

I have never seen this Iron at Costco.  Do you have to ask for it?  Behind the counter?

Yes, the Proferrin is behind the counter. I paid $17.99 for it at Costco, SDM was selling it for $29.99 (I think).

My pharmacy also keeps iron behind the counter. The pharmacist said that it is just one of those supplements that people don't have a good idea about which one they should be taking and how much so they put it back there so people have to ask for it and so talk to a pharmacist about it.
