Oh my gosh you poor thing. Yes you may take MOM while on Optifast. Just a suggestion though, for some people Benefiber binds them up. I would take less of the benefiber and drink more water. You may want to watch the sodium intake as well. Most of the store bought broths have tons of sodium.

My clinic let me take MOM, and it helped. Benefibre was awful for me, made things much worse. I also take colace (stool softener; ducosate sodium) since surgery due to BM problems.
