Opti finished and 12 hours to go!
Good luck Cher! I just got outta there, so a couple of tips. take some decaf teas or something to sip at night. Warm fluids keep the gas moving and they have a ho****er dispenser, but no decaf tea in the servery. Make sure you get to see the dietitian as they are pretty slippery there.
See you on the bench!

Hi Cher,
Congratulations on making it through the Optifast stage. Wishing you all the best for a great surgery and healthy recovery.
Don't be shy, ask for ice chips whenever you want them (I was always bugging the nurses). Get up and walk as soon as possible. Toots are the best. The nurses even clap for you. The only time in your life this will happen. (lol)
Take care, group hugs
