Hey everyone I know every centre is different but I'm having surgery in Hamilton and I'm on optifast can I have decaff green tea with nothing in it I just need something warm to drink? 

i would say yes. no calories, no caffeine. just make sure it is decaf. regular green tea has caffeine in it.

 Yep. Monica is right. I drank alot of decaf green tea along with decaf cranberry tea.

Thank you I'm doing ok with the shakes they are just cold needed something warm and I was hearing people say they put decaff coffee in their optifast so thought maybe decaff greentea would be ok don't want to mess this up lol

We were allowed decaf tea and coffee (black) through Guelph as well while on Optifast.
