Optifast? I know it my sounds like a strange question but when I went to pick mine up I didnt have enough bags to carry them all in so I emptied the boxes into my bags. I have a ton left over so I just want to figure out how many weeks i actually have.
my boxes have 14 packets per box I have the optifast 900. How many weeks you have would depend I guess on how many shakes a day you have to have. I have to have 4.
If I remember right, there were 6 boxes for my 3 weeks. So with having 4 shakes a day, that's 28 per week. 2 boxes per week, so there would be 14 per box.
Sorry for the math, but had to write it as I calculated.
