Does anyone know if Greek yogurt is freezeable??? It's on sale at metro this week and I thought I might pick some extra up and freeze it if it's possible..

Referal sent August 2009 - Referred to Ottawa - January 2010 - Surgery - July 29th 2011!!!!

Be careful which one. I went there to buy some but it isn't the0% stuff. It's the high fat kind. And when you compare the calories and protein? No better than regular yogurt. Which I bought. For $1.50. ;0)

I blend it with frozen strawberries to make frozen yogurt and then put it in a plastic container. It freezes hard and I thaw it a bit before eating it.
