Protein Shakes

I am new here and was wondering what protein shake is the best.  If you could help me out that would really make my day. Thanks

Welcome Anna!  This is a tough question as everyone has a different favourite and what you like before surgery, you might not like after surgery.  That said, my favourite is Bio X Extreme Whey Protein Isolate (Natural).  This is an unflavoured protein, that I use mostly, mixed with milk and added to coffee.

Some websites offer samples, so that could be a good option for you.  I believe that GNC lets you test them as well.

30g protein, 3g fats, 5g carbs-3g fibre, 1g sugar.... comes in chocolate

I have looked but can't find any. They say that it also comes in strawberry and vanilla but I haven't seen any

Welcome! I've tried a bunch of different shakes and he only one i can get down is the premier ones from costo.

I also like the premier protein drinks from Costco.
