not so fun NSV

Slipped and fell in the bathroom haven't done the splits in decades....not to mention took the toilet paper roll out of the wall (7 days ago).  NSV no butt to cushion the fall.  Difficulty sitting / can't drive / and bruise that is now coming out of the muscle 20 shades of blue/green.  Word to wise do not use flip flops as shower shoes.  Spirit a little down.  But on the bright side no broken bones.  Trying walking this weekend since I was up to 90 min. nightly.  Have a great weekend.  Diane
