At long last after a 3 week stall - it happened - not only did I loose but I have hit the 100lbs lost stage.

I have my 6 month checkup tomorrow.

When I stepped on the scales I screamed and the entire family ran into the room to see what was wrong. They found me jumping up and down with the biggest smile on my face. They joined in my happiness. It was the first time that they seemed as excited about my progress as I was.
