I have been stuck at 209 for 2 weeks. I have been riding my bike to the point of exhaustion. Today I decided to try swimming. I have not done lengths in probably 30 years. I was wiped after 20. I will be lucky to move tomorow. I wonder if I phone into work tomorrow and tell them I just can't get out of bed what they would say!
So I think I may rest until at least tomorrow. An I will probably still weigh 209

With that kind of determination, you won't be stuck for long!  Keep up your excellent efforts.

I have had stalls that last 10 weeks...but I still lost inches. Try not to focus on your number! As long as you are getting right, getting in your calories and protein you are golden. ! Keep up the good work.
