I turned 61 today. I had to wear a heart monitor on the weekend. The great news is I am off one blood pressure med and the other is in 1/2, the lowest it can go. I even wore it during a two hour bike ride on the weekend. My heart issues have not gone away but they are no longer as life threatening.
So this is good news for all of you thinking of having the surgery.
I am so happy I had the surgery and I feel it will lengthen my life.

Being 63 I sure can relate to what you are saying. It sure feels so good to do so many more things than before. Many I think are in their 30's and 40's and good for them that they are doing it earlier than we did, but never too late.
