Just wanted to say hi to all. I haven't been on the forum for a lil while. Just been busy with work , life and losing weight of course. I'm struggling to lose the last 5 lbs which gives me a total loss of 100lbs. It sure isn't easy that's for sure. But i know i'll get there sooner or later. I can understand how frustrating this weight loss journey can now be. I really haven't had much trouble up til the present. I guess i will just have to step up and do a lil more.

I can't change my avatar for some strange reason so i have posted a few recent pic's on my profile.

I must come to a meet up again I had a blast at brunch with Monica and trampolining with Karen and the gang.

Some pointers to get over this lil hump would be appreciated.
