how to do the five day pouch test

 so im 13 months post-op and i think its time to do the five days pouch test, could someone please explain how i go about doing that, and also what i should have.

You inspired me with this post, i decided to join you starting tomorrow, not that I am struggling but I know my mom who had the sleeve in November is not doing well and thought if I was to suggest it she would do it with me and we are game so starting tomorrow I am doing the pouch test.  Good luck Nesha

Good luck with the 5DPT, hope you get your Mom to join you, it's much easier than doing it alone.  More accountablity for each of you, and less likely to give up.

yes she has agreed and i am thrilled, i know she has been struggling and think this will be just what she needs to get back on track.  My dad is such an enabler and well she lets him agggg so maybe this will make her more accountable at least for a few days and possibly motivate her to remember the rules.
