 am just over a year out...have moved to NS so I have lost Dr Reed.....have been feeling achy, tired, am mildy dehyrated I think, heachache chills, am working backshift so am pretty sure I am not getting my nutrition proper and taking my vitamins reg.....although have moved them to the computer so have taken them most days this week....just generally unwell...should I go to the hospital? I have this gut feeling that I should....

you should see your family doctor. Get some bloodwork done, and get some fluids into you. Not necessarily in that order.

 Never second guess your gut and ditto for for what the rest said.

Surgery date May 7 / 2012
Highest 312 lbs - Pre Op 297lbs - now 199 lbs
I know now that my location was never my destination.

Yes, go to the hospital, make them aware of your health history and hopefully they can provide you with support to feel healthier and more energetic.  You've done so well so far, trust your instincts and good luck.
