Well with this morning's weigh in, I am officially normal on the BMI scale. That's likely the first time since elementary school that I have been there. I started at 271 and have lost 130.5 pounds! I was 140.5 this morning and that leaves me 10.5 pounds from my goal.
It's not been easy but definitely worth it!
