I am so bored at work. There is not enough for me to do. I sit here thinking well I have had my lunch when is snack. I am not hungry at all. It is amazing how old habits come back to haunt us. I guess I need to go for a walk and get a coffee.

Yeah I walked up to one of our other buildings and got coffee on the way back. Unfortunately I should walk slower cause here I am on the forum instead of working!

I agree I should be. I am over paid and under worked. After awhile it is a real drag. I keep finding my own work so the day doesn't last so long. And yes thatk goodness it is Friday!! Two more days to my 30 k bike ride. What was I thinking?
