TEGH Oct 2nd!
Finished all the PAC testing (for the second time, since I had a pulmonary embolism a few days before my previous surgery date).
I have lost 15 Ibs before starting the "Optifast period".
I am milk sensitive - so I am on the Protein Sparing 900 Cal diet alternative that the nutritionist Katie Warwick gave me. Not too tough so far - since I can have water, clear broth, black coffee/tea, no-sugar drinks (splenda or aspartame) and SF Jello.
Just updating.
So glad everyone talks about their questions and fears here. I love reading and learning from your experiences!
Were you there today? I had my PAC testing there as well - was there from 10 a.m. until around 1:00 p.m.
