I am at Humber tomorrow for my one month check with the RN and a Nut class in the afternoon. Just wondering if anyone else will be there. The first appointment is at 11am and the nut class at 1pm so I will have time in between if anyone wants to have a coffee.

No I had lost 25lbs before surgery. This weight loss is combined since I saw the surgeon in May. 23lbs lbs since surgery .
