I am having the big dinner tonight. Have to watch the portions. Don't want to be sick while people are here

l. home made soup
s. cheese crackers
d. turkey, potatoes, squash
s. glass of wine

Finally, having the family dinner today so, menu and Totals don't include anything
for same.

B - Premier choc shake + 1 Tb flaxseed
S - 1 Baby Bell lite
L - 1 Melba Multigrain toast w/1 Tb 100% Peanuts PB + 1/4 c. Edamame beans
D - ????
S - 1 Sorrento Stickster-Reduced fat Colby Jack cheese (might not be needed)

TOTALS:  477 CAL;    17 CARB;    23G FAT;    53 PROT;    10 FIBER

4 rounds of english cucumber

Chai Tea from Starbucks

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  Enjoying the day with my family, had the big dinner last night so it's a low-key day today.  Taking my older son to the movies to see Hotel Transylvannia :)

16 months post-op & maintaining.


B - 2/3 cup greek yogurt, 2 tbsp low fat granola, handful raspberries
S - coffee with milk & sweetener, protein shake
L - leftover turkey on small bun (mmm....), green salad with italian dressing
S - sneaking my own popcorn into the movie theatre
D - Oven baked ham, small potato, green beans
S - not sure yet.

All water & vitamins in.

I'm having

Mashed potatoes with real butter

Turkey cutlets coated with crumbs and fried in EVOO with lemon

Dressing

and our traditional dessert  - layers of social tea biscuits and cooked butterscotch pudding covered with cherry pie filling and real whipped cream on top.
(some peple know this as "sex in a pan" we call it "Tom".

NO CALORIE OR CARB COUNTING FOR ME TONIGHT BABY!!!!!!

Thanksgiving and Christmas are my special days OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
