Two days in a row with no exercise. This is not good. I really do better when I keep moving. Taking the rest of the week off so will bike tomorrow.

b. greek yogurt sf jam- need to buy some fruit
s. laughing cow and crackers
l. lentil and barley soup
s. protein shake
d. think fish husband cooking
s. apple and cheese

Thanks for starting this thread, Pam!  I like to see what others who are farther down the path from me are eating - gives me something to look forward to LOL.

Here's my menu for today (only slightly varied from yesterday!).
B - 1/3 cup protein shake,  1/4 cup cream of wheat with SF Caramel Syrup, Skim Milk and a tablespoon of unflavoured protein powder.  Multivitamin. 
S - 2/3 cup protein shake, Calcium.
L - 1/2 cup cream soup with a tbsp. of  protein powder, 1/4 cup V8 juice, 1/4 cup pudding with some protein powder, Calcium.
S - 2/3 cup protein shake, Iron.
D - 1/4 cup V8 Juice, 1/4 cup cottage cheese with 1 tsp of protein powder, 1/4 cup greek yogurt with sugar free syrup to flavour and another tsp of protein powder, Calcium. 
S - 1/3 cup protein shake, B12
Bedtime - Multivitamin

Good morning,

Yoga for me today. My body huuuurts!

19 months post-RNY

B; protein coffee and my beloved Goat yogurt was restocked!! Yay!! So that with my nsa pudding and Original fibre one cereal
S: Ryvita and laughing cow cheese
L: top sirloin and roasted root veggies from last night's dinner
S: protein coffee
D; top sirloin and salad with bacon bits

Calories; 1,082 Carbs : 59, Fat: 50, Protein: 116 Fibre: 24 Sugar: 11 

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

TOTALS:  577 CAL;    26G CARB;    22G FAT;    70G PROT;    13G FIBER
