I was on the Low Carb Grocer following up the flavoured protein powders.

I have and a few others...I really did not like this one or the white chocolate at all....very artificial tasting and almost chemical....didnt like at all...I do like their caramel.

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.

I didn't like it either. I tried it in my coffee and not impressed at all. Definitely prefer other flavours to this one. Irish Cream was no hell either.

I had a bottle of raspberry syrup and when I came home from surgery in Toronto my son and his GF used the WHOLE bottle to make raspberry lemonade with real lemon and the syrup! They said it was amazing lol.. now I need to buy a new bottle :(
