First day of Optifast

So I'm on my first day of Optifast and so far so good, but I think I'm going to get sick of the sweet taste pretty fast, it is like drinking thin cake batter. I added my benefibre as recommended and started with the vanilla this morning and am just alternating for now. I'm not hungry at all which is good and I even survived the office going away cake for my colleague - white chocolate raspberry - so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself so far, I just wish opti came in soup flavours too.

Thanks ladies! I'm sitting here snacking on celery "chips" - I cut them in small bite-sized pieces to pretend I'm having something else. Working so far. I might have a cup of broth later. I had a shower while my family ate dinner which worked well but I did find it difficult making Gabby's lunch so Steven might be getting that job for the next couple weeks

Reading your post I just realized, on day 8 of Opti, I don't really even notice the sweet taste anymore. & I thought the people who said they were going to miss it were crazy. But I'm starting to feel like I may miss it too...
