B12 Shots

So I am now 2 months post op. Last month my family DR taught me to do my B12 shots last night was my first one. Easy easy easy . I filled her up hubby poked it and I did the rest. Whoop whoop easy peasy . No pain at all like when they do it.

 Orientation: July 23 2012       Dr Sullivan : August 16, 2012 Dietician, SW, RN, Sept 26, 2012    Dr Sullivan Oct 17, 2012 and pick up Optifast   PATTS: October 24, 2012         Surgery: November 6, 2012. Starting weight 277 surgery weight 268

you're awesome! i'm too chicken. I did those blood thinner ones, but the B12s freak  me out a bit

Good for you. When I was gestational diabetic I had to give myself shots. I never realised until then how tough our hide is! LOL

I take b12 orally, 1200's.

So you don't have to have shots unless you want to.  People have different preferences.

its absorbed better by injection, i think saliva and stomach acid breaks it down or something like that.

We do this at home too.  It's easy and it's one less pill I have to take :)
