Really don't worry about it....I have got you beat.....I stalled in the beginning for 4 weeks! Never moving from 263 -264 for a MONTH! I too complained on here, and the same thing was said...it will pass just follow the plan and the scale will move again!  Don't forget you could be losing inches instead of pounds right now your body is repositioning itself. Oh and I know it is very hard but don't be obsessed with the scale, it can bring you down, instead measure yourself ! My waist was 56" and now...42!  Around the area where the bra goes was 46" and now...36"! You see the measurements to me are more important than the scale. Yes they take longer to move but it is the measurements that decided what size of clothes you are! lol

Melissa!

Surgery was July 19 2012, and I am doing great!! Only one regret....wish I did this years ago!!!!

Maybe it's the time of year I am in a 3 week stall also. But when I do my measurements I can see that going down. Stay positive this too shall pass.

" Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, a bag of chips in one hand, glass of wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO what a ride". My 5 week stall has just passed!  Before Christmas I hit 188 and then played around between 188-191 for weeks!  I really was "working" and trying to make all the right choices ... over Christmas was hard!  Anyway, nothing changed in what I was doing/eating but yesterday I was 186 and today 185...  I'm not obsessing over the scale - even though that is a tendency I have to keep under control!!  Anyway, just saying that it will move again.  I will hit 100 lbs lost at 182 so I'm eager to see it!

Take care!

Sandy

Me too, I know it will all work out in the end but keeping positive and on track is sooooo hard when you are not seeing the results. I have logged my food everyday since surgery and that has never happened on any previous program. It keeps me honest and I am proud of myself for that but I really hate this stall.
