I survived! I'm officially on the bench now! Surgery went amazingly well and I feel awesome! Wayy better than I thought I would! I'm tolerating my liquids better than expected and hardly feel any pain other than the occasional gas. Been up walking quite a few times already
On very minimal pain meds too! One incision is just a tad itchy, but other than that, I don't even feel them I went to meet the other Nicole (my surgery twin) and she is going great as well! Hopefully tomorrow we can go for a walk together
And I wanted to say thanks to my "angel" Val for keeping everyone updated on my status. You Rock Girl!
Thanks also go out to my fiancé George for staying with me the entire day, and my parents for keeping me company all afternoon
Guess that's it for now! It feels sooo good to be on the other side now. And I can't wait to start my new life
