Wow, you guys are great! Thanks again. I will check out Canadain Tire and GNC on the weekend. I think you have to have a membership to shop at GNC though? Anyway will check it all out. Thanks again for all the info!

You don't have to buy a membership to shop at GNC but with the membership my first purchase was cheaper by more than the cost of the membership. Didn't make any sense not to buy one. Mine is up in May and I'll buy a bunch pf protein powder before that. Will go for a while without one.

You should also check out Popeye's. That is where I buy protein and they will let you sample. You also earn dollars (similar to canadian tire money) with each purchase.
