Orientation Already
So i am so excited . HRRH office emailed me the package todayat work. And i am going for orientation on Monday. Feb 25. I was shocked it was such short notice . But i am not complaining. My doctor refer me Jan 15th.so this was fast only 5 weeks. I filled out the patient questionnaire. 20 pages. It is suppose to be from 9 am to 12.. So i have my shift at work covered and a friend is taking me down...Moving along to the next step..Have a good night everyone.

How did your orientation go? I have mine next Thursday. They were supposed to email me my information package but I didn't get it yet? Was the questionnaire part of their email, you need to complete and bring to the orientation?

Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs
