10 days post op and all is well
Had gastric sleeve surgery in Guelph Feb 26 Dr Jules. They have a post op policy of 14 days clear fluids then 14 days of full fluids. 4 more days and I can eat porridge. I dream about it. I am never eating jello again after this. I find myself weak but only on cl fluids so understandable. healing well. Tylenol ES for pain 3x's daily holds me. Weight is flying off but seeing old posts on here, I know I will increase some when start solids. Have snuck 2-3 left over Optifast shakes in with 1000ml of water to increase my energy level. Would love to hear from any other fresh post ops to see how you are doing. I truly study this forum every day and have got so much good advice from it. Feels like a family to me.

Great to hear. So glad you are doing well.
I am having RNY April 15th so not the same surgery but like you I spend time here every day. I had help me move through so many stages to get ready.
