My first NSV

I'm a side sleeper and I've noticed when my knees are together it's like bone on bone lol. So I'm excited for the NSV, but OUCHIE! Haha

Yeah who knew skinny could be so painful - all that padding was protecting us from this knowledge. You may also find your tailbone, hips and shoulders can become a nuisance too. But as the saying goes no pain, no gain! lol

I hear ya! All of a sudden wooden chairs are REALLY uncomfortable, cos I can feel my "sit" bones.

My butt has NEVER been as sore as it has over the last few months. Travelling in the car or even sitting through a long movie/play is very painful! Good nsv though! Congrats!

That is a skeksy, from the original muppet movie called The Dark Crystal, circa 1983 (or there abouts). After my weight loss I feel more like a skeksy than human!
